For several decades, the Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life, at the University of Valencia, has been carrying out studies on the quality of work-life and job satisfaction in diverse professions, organizations and enterprises.

The purpose of the present research is to study self-control in an occupational context. The main goal is to develop a new self-control assessment tool and investigate its relations with work-related behaviours. In this way, we aim to extend the knowledge on the quality of working life and well-being at work.

Hereby, I kindly ask for your collaboration. Your sincere responses to the questions posed will allow measuring self-control in a work context and to formulate proposals for its better understanding. The provided data will be handled as anonymous and strictly confidential. Publications and reports will only include global and aggregated data.

Thank you for your collaboration and contribution!
