Share your experience and support students in their professional development and future careers through the Shadowing Programme.

The Shadowing Programme is a mentoring programme promoted by the Vice-Rectorate for Students, Educational Transformation and Lifelong Learning at the University of Valencia, through UVocupació (ADEIT – University-Business Foundation of the University of Valencia).

The programme connects master's students with professionals currently working in their field who voluntarily share their experience, knowledge and professional background to guide and support students in their professional development and future careers.

What does taking part as a mentor involve?

✓ Supporting them as they reflect on their goals and next steps in their careers.

Your experience can give students a valuable, real-world perspective on the professional environment and help them make decisions about their future.

Through this form, you can provide us with the information required to register your application and manage your potential participation in the Shadowing Programme.

The form also includes information regarding the processing of your personal data and, where applicable, your consent to the use of your image for communication and promotional purposes relating to the programme.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

DATA CONTROLLER: University of Valencia

DATA PROCESSOR: University–Business Foundation of Valencia (Social Council of the University of Valencia, Estudi General de València) of the Valencian Community, a wholly-owned body of the UV responsible for managing the UVocupació service.

PURPOSE:

  1. Collect information from professionals interested in the programme to gather all the necessary details and evaluate their application.
  2. Obtain authorisation from professionals to publish their profile as a mentor on the Shadowing Programme website, provided they are part of the programme.

LEGAL BASIS: Consent of the participants.

DATA DISCLOSURE: If you are participating as a mentor, your details (full name, company/entity, position and professional profile) may be published on the UVocupació website, in the Mentor section of the Shadowing Programme.

RIGHTS GUARANTEE: Individuals may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability by sending an e-mail to datos@adeituv.es. Subject: Shadowing Programme.

DATA RETENTION: Data will be retained for the legally established period.
